Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of cooking wine
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 slices of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
2 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate with soy sauce and cooking wine for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok or pot over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, star anise, and cinnamon stick and stir-fry until fragrant.
