后期就出现32位操作系统 Windows NT 3.1（1992年）、NT 3.5、NT 3.51、NT 4.0、Windows 2000、Windows XP 、Windows Vista 32位版（Windows Vista同时有32位的x86版本与64位的x64版本）、Windows 7 32位版和Windows Sever2003、Windows Sever2008 32 bit版。
还有64位操作系统 Windows Server 2003 64位版、 Windows Vista 64位版、Windows7 64位版、WindowsSever2008 64 bit版本和Windows server 2008 R2 windows xp 64.bit 以上为先后顺序，直到现在的win10和最新出来的windows11。
