urge固定搭配（discourage固定搭配）

urge基本意思是“力劝”、“敦促”，指外部或内部的影响或压力刺激某人达到明确的目的，引申为“强烈要求”；

urge可接名词、动名词或that从句作宾语，从句中的谓语动词多虚拟形式，也可接由动词不定式充当补足语的复合宾语；

urge还可以用作名词，意为“强烈的愿望”。urge to do sth.和urge doing是常见搭配，都是指“敦促某人做某事”。

2 urge that + 句子（谓语动词是should + 一般式动词，should可以省略）
