大家好,我是小泥巴,今天我们又要推出我们的福利了,今天给大家推出的是各种制冷剂的温度压力的查询,方便大家在检修、制冷系统分析的时候查询蒸发冷凝温度。

先给大家普及一些简单的估算方法:

如下:

冷凝温度=工况温度(空气温度/水温) (8~18)℃

蒸发温度=工况温度(空气温度/水温)--(10~20)℃

举例:

如何判断制冷系统是否缺少冷媒?

很多人都说看系统的运行压力,但是新手基本上不知道怎么看;

很简单,比如现在室外温度大概35℃,房间设定温度27℃;那么根据上面的经验,得出:

冷凝温度=35 10=45℃;

蒸发温度=27-20=7℃;

当然这些是估值哦。

根据我们下面的列表,很快就可以得出压缩机运行的高低压了;

比如是R22冷媒的;

那么高低压就是:1.75Mpa左右;

低压就是:0.6Mpa左右。

如果低压低于这个值,那要考虑系统是否缺少冷媒了。
