中筋面粉 500g","酵母 5g","糖 40g","水 250g","油 12g","萝卜干 300g","火腿 100g","笱干 50g","香菇 5朶","虾米 适量","酱油 1大匙","胡椒粉 适量","鸡粉 1/2小匙","盐 适量"
做法
1: 爆香香菇,虾米再放入萝卜干,笋干炒至有点焦香再放入火腿,淋上酱油,胡椒粉,鸡粉,尝味道后再看看要加多少的塩,把味道调好即可。
2: 将前五项材料放入盆中搅拌均匀‧
3: 放至桌上搓揉成光滑面团,盖上保鲜膜松弛5分钟‧
4: 搓揉成长柱状,切成剂子‧
5: 擀成圆薄状‧
6: 今天包成叶形,放入蒸笼,做第二次发酵,现在温度都在28度以上,所以时间大约20分钟就可以蒸了‧
7: 水滚后,中火蒸12分钟即可‧
