3.Add carrots, soy sauce, pepper, chili noodles, stir fry evenly(加入胡萝卜,生抽,胡椒粉,辣椒面,翻炒均匀)
4.Pour in the rice noodles, stir well, pour in the parsley, rapeseed, stir well(倒入米粉,翻炒均匀,倒入香菜,油菜,翻炒均匀)
