在第二十七集的剧情中，方原的前妻打来电话，让他明天到机场接女儿，看在他连发一个月邮件想见女儿的份上才让可可回国陪他两个星期的。
方原又惊又喜，可又疑惑自己从没发过此类的邮件。他通过查看邮箱才知道这一切都是陆晴暗地里瞒着他做的。方原找到陆晴感谢她为自己做的一切，陆晴也替他感到高兴，还愿意做他们父女的司机。方原和陆晴一起到机场接可可，兴高采烈的方原见到满口英文的女儿对自己不理不睬，一头雾水，父女俩间无法交流，幸亏有陆晴给他们当翻译。
