做法

1: 鸡绞肉和醃渍材料全部拌到黏性出来

2: 花琊菜切小块,放入加盐滚水中烫熟即可捞起来备用

3: 手抹点油,将鸡肉泥用手做出小肉丸后放入油锅中低温油炸到成金黄色

4: 将调味料拌匀放入锅中加热后,再将鸡肉丸倒进去拌匀到汤汁差不多快收干即可盛盘
