eplan能装在win11上吗（eplan软件对笔记本电脑配置的要求）

不支持， 

Eplan_ 平台现仅支持 64 位版本的 Microsoft 操作系统 Windows7 、Windows8.1 和 Windows10。所安装的 Eplan.语言必须要一致才行。
